When you submit the estimate form, we collect the information you provide:

- Phone number
- Email address
- ZIP code
- Street address or property address
The form also includes a hidden anti-spam field. Real visitors should never see or fill out that field.
How We Use It
We use your information to review your property, prepare or discuss a sealcoating estimate, contact you about that estimate, and protect the form from abuse or spam.
Your phone number is collected for estimate follow-up only. The form does not currently request consent for marketing text messages.
Who Processes It
Your information may be processed by Black Diamond Sealcoating and service providers used to operate the estimate workflow, including:
- DriveQuote API for estimate processing
- Netlify for website hosting and serverless form handling
- Email or estimate delivery providers used to send follow-up information
We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell your estimate request information. We use it to respond to your request and support the estimate process.
Security And Retention
We use server-side form handling, rate limiting, and spam prevention to reduce abuse. No online system is perfect, but the estimate workflow is designed so private API keys are not exposed in the browser.
Estimate request information may be retained as needed for business follow-up, recordkeeping, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
